Made from 9 mm diameter carbon steel with carefully balanced hardness, this hibashi for door chimes produces a refined, resonant tone.
Equipped with specially designed door-chime hardware, the hibashi rings easily and fills the space with a gentle, soothing sound each time the door is opened or closed.
Compared with the standard iron Hibashi for Door Chime (¥16,500), this carbon steel version requires considerably more craftsmanship to produce and delivers a deeper, richer resonance with an exceptionally long sustain.
